What Claude can read#
Every team of the organization you picked, read-only. Claude cannot send replies, change tickets or see settings. These are its tools:
- list_teamsList the teams of the organization
- list_ticketsSearch and filter support tickets
- get_ticketRead one ticket and its conversation
- get_ticket_analyticsGet ticket analytics for a period
Analytics tools (Autopilot metrics, dashboards and reports) appear too when analytics reports are switched on for your organization. Things to ask:
- Which customers wrote about late deliveries this week, and what did we answer?
- Summarize the open tickets in the German team.
- Read ticket 4812 and draft a short internal note on what went wrong.
Claude Desktop and Claude Code#
Claude Desktop uses the connectors of your Claude account: add it once in claude.ai and it is there. In Claude Code, add the server, then run /mcp and sign in with Wilmo.
claude mcp add --transport http wilmo https://app.wilmo.ai/api/mcpAny other MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth connects to the same URL.
Connect with a key instead#
For Claude Code in a script or CI, send a key as a header and skip the browser. A team API key (Settings > API keys) reads its own team. An organization key (Settings > Connected apps) reads every team.
claude mcp add --transport http wilmo https://app.wilmo.ai/api/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer $WILMO_API_KEY"A key with the right scope can also call list_skills (read:skills), list_tags (read:tags), get_ticket_counts (read:team), which a Claude connection cannot.
Revoke access#
In Wilmo, open Settings > Connected apps and click Revoke next to Claude. Its access stops at once. Removing the connector in Claude stops Claude from asking, but only Revoke in Wilmo ends the access. Access also ends if the admin who connected is no longer an organization admin.
