Every connection Wilmo makes to a system of yours that needs a fixed IP address leaves through these addresses, whether it starts in the Wilmo app or in a background job.
The encrypted connection runs from Wilmo to your system. Wilmo's outbound proxy passes it on without decrypting it, and logs only which Wilmo service connected, the host, the port and how many bytes were sent, never the content.
The addresses belong to our hosting provider Railway's pool of fixed addresses, and other Railway customers may use them too. Use the allowlist to narrow who can reach your system, together with the credentials Wilmo signs in with, not as the only check.
Before you change anything
Contact info@wilmo.ai before you remove any of these addresses from your allowlist. Wilmo stops reaching your system when they are removed.
Some older integrations still connect from addresses of their own. If Wilmo gave you a different list before November 2026, keep it and contact support before you change it.
Data processing
The proxy runs on Railway, a sub-processor already listed on our sub-processor list, in the same EU region as Wilmo's other background jobs. Customer Data is processed as set out in our DPA.
