Translations Just Got a Serious Upgrade
Our AI agent could sometimes write drafts in the wrong language. With this update, we detect and translate messages programmatically — so even if the AI tries to mess the language up, it can't.
What changed#
Our Agent could sometimes write drafts in the wrong language. Instead of writing in the language you work in, it could write in the customer's language.
The issue happened because we relied on the system prompt to decide the language. That approach was fragile — the AI could ignore the instruction and default to the customer's language instead.
With this update, we detect and translate the message programmatically. That means even if the AI tries to mess the language up — it can't.
How to set it up#
Select your language once in Settings, and you're good to go. Translations are set per team — every member on the team sees the same language configuration.
Follow the step-by-step guide in the Translations Academy guide.
