Fixes for Training, Wilbot, and Email
Training groups move straight to Need help, Wilbot respects Max effort, and live-chat actions stay out of email tickets.
Fixes and improvements#
- Training groups can move to Need help without adding a question
- Wilbot now applies Max effort correctly when you select it
- The AI agent no longer uses live-chat actions on email tickets
