One-Click Training, Wilbot Effort, and Clearer Chatbot Names
Start training a group with one click, choose how much Wilbot thinks, and give your chatbot a name that makes its AI identity clear.
Train a group with one click#
Start Wilbot from a Training group and see which groups it is working on. Training keeps running in the background, even after you close the tab.
Choose how much Wilbot thinks#
Set Wilbot's thinking effort to Low, Medium, High or Max, or leave it on Default.
A name that says AI#
Customize now warns when your chatbot's name sounds like a person and suggests names that make clear shoppers are chatting with AI.
Fixes and improvements#
- Wilbot shows how much of the conversation context is in use
- Stopping Wilbot keeps its visible work after you refresh
- You can type an answer to a pending Wilbot question instead of clicking its card
- Long background tasks recover from interruptions without restarting the whole turn
- Wilbot can correct invalid tool inputs and try again
- Wilbot can plan training situations without a matching past ticket
- Revoking an API key works in Settings and keeps it visible in the revoked list
- Reopening an old Wilbot chat no longer starts a bug recording
- Newly resolved tickets are available to similar-ticket search again
- API rate limits are shared across requests and tell callers when to retry
