More Reliable Email and Wilbot
Incoming email retries avoid empty tickets, and Wilbot handles long ticket lists, snapshots and repeated names more reliably.
Fixes and improvements#
- Failed incoming emails no longer leave empty tickets behind when processing retries
- Wilbot can work through long ticket lists without losing access to earlier tickets
- Snapshots Wilbot creates stay with the ticket’s team, so teammates can see them
- Wilbot lists keep separate entries with the same name
