Find Tickets in Spam and Change Ticket Contacts
Search now finds tickets marked as spam, and you can change a ticket’s contact so replies reach the right person.
Find tickets in spam#
Search can now find tickets marked as spam. Open “Also in Spam” to see matching tickets separately from your regular results.
Change a ticket’s contact#
Change the contact on a forwarded ticket to the person who needs help. Replies, previous tickets and orders then follow that contact.
Fixes and improvements#
- Product searches handle price filters and broad browsing requests more reliably
- Fixed a problem that could stop Wilbot before its first reply
- Training can retrieve curated ideal answers saved on replies sent by the AI agent
