Automatic Follow-Ups, Actions Held for Approval, and Fixes
When the AI agent promises to get back to a customer, it now does it by itself, and on Autopilot it can hold an action for your approval.
The AI agent follows up by itself#
When the AI agent promises to come back to a customer, say once an order ships or an item is back in stock, it follows up by itself when that happens. A mark on the ticket shows what it's waiting for.
Autopilot can hold an action for your approval#
On Autopilot, the AI agent can hold an action it isn't trusted with yet, like a cancellation, for your one-click approval. If the customer changes their mind, it can withdraw what it left waiting.
Fixes and improvements#
- A reply to an email is tagged with the whole conversation, so fewer replies fall back to a person
- Cold sales pitches are tagged as spam
- Ticket rows in the inbox and search show only the assignee and who is viewing
- Photos a shopper sends in the chatbot now arrive on the email ticket it hands over to
- The chatbot shows one email verification form, not one per attempt
- After you change a ticket's contact, replies go out in the new contact's language, and the AI agent gives its first reply its own subject
- Changing a ticket's contact no longer fails for some email addresses
- In organizations with several teams, the info panel shows the orders of the ticket's own team
- Golden Planet order cancellations now send the request Golden Planet expects, and a refusal says why
- With Returnflows, the AI agent only says a new return label was made when Returnflows made one
- Reordering views in one inbox section no longer reshuffles another
- app.wilmo.ai takes you straight to your inbox, or to the login page when you're signed out
- Wilbot no longer hides an integration's settings that aren't secret as [REDACTED]
