Inbox views in your own order#
Drag the views in each inbox section into the order your team works in. Everyone on the team sees the same order.
Fixes and improvements#
- An incoming email that reaches Wilmo twice now gets one AI reply, not two
- If a customer sends the same email again before the answer has gone out, the AI agent no longer sends a second email about it
