Turn on Autopilot from Training#
When a group finishes training, turn on Autopilot or keep it on Copilot. You can also drag a trained group into the Autopilot lane.
Start with a training library#
New organizations start with shared tags, groups and planned situations for common requests. Add your own examples and train them for your store.
See today’s support at a glance#
The Today dashboard shows Autopilot, Copilot, Human and Unanswered messages, with trends beneath each number. Today and Yesterday are now available as report ranges.
Fixes and improvements#
- Sandbox reviews open at the message under review, with the full conversation and its simulations
- Scrolling through Tags keeps the app navigation in place
- Wilbot works with Webshipper connections saved with older domain formats
- Slow Autopilot preparation no longer starts a second Wilbot
- Unlinked Training groups are connected to matching organization tags where the match is unambiguous
- Wilmo emails now use the same design as the website
