A Calmer Conversation, the Forest Theme, and Fixes

The line above each message is now just who wrote it and when. Alma's thinking and her steps in Wilmo, like resolving a ticket, are quiet lines, and actions like Forward show when you hover.

Next to Light and Dark, Forest gives your sidebar a deep green. Light changes too: where you write is now the brightest part of the screen.
