Member signatures#
Each team member has their own signature. When Maria sends an email, her name, title, and contact info appear at the bottom. When Jonas sends, his signature appears instead.
Signatures are set per person, per team. If someone is on multiple teams, they can have a different signature on each.
Autopilot signature#
When the AI sends an email automatically in autopilot mode, it uses the team's autopilot signature — not any individual member's. This is typically your team name and general contact info.
If a human agent reviews and sends an AI draft, their personal signature is used instead of the autopilot one.
Questions#
Can signatures include images?
Yes. The signature editor supports rich text and image uploads.
Is there a length limit?
Signatures are limited to 500 characters of text content.
What if I don't set a signature?
Emails go out without one. No default signature is added.
Can I preview how it looks?
Yes. The signature editor shows a live preview of the exact email the customer will receive.
Does it work on all channels?
Signatures are appended to email only. Live chat and social channels don't include them.
