Setup translations

Overview

1Step 1: Start on the Dashboard page

2Step 2: Click "Translation" in the left sidebar under Team

3Step 3: Click the "Enable Auto-Translation" toggle to turn it on

4Step 4: Click the "Select target languages for auto-translation" dropdown

5Step 5: Select the languages your team works in — for example, "English" and "Danish". These are the languages incoming messages will be translated into.

6Step 6: Select a "Default Customer Language" — this is used when your team creates outbound tickets manually. Pick the language most of your customers write in.

7Step 7: Click "Members" in the left sidebar to set your preferred working language

8Step 8: Click the "Preferences" button next to your name

9Step 9: Select your "Preferred language" from the dropdown. Messages in the inbox will be translated to this language for you. Each team member should set their own preferred language here.
