Create skill

Overview

1Step 1: Start on the Dashboard page

2Step 2: Click the Skills icon in the left sidebar (the book icon)

3Step 3: Click the "+ New Skill" button at the top of the left panel

4Step 4: Click on the new skill in the left panel to open the editor

5Step 5: Type the name of your skill in the "Name" field — for example, "Find order"

6Step 6: Type a description in the "Description" field — for example, "Use this when you need to find orders". This helps the AI agent understand when to use this skill.

7Step 7: Click the "Edit" tab under Content to switch to the markdown editor

8Step 8: Replace the default text with your skill content — for example, "Always find orders in Shopify". You can use markdown formatting.

9Step 9: Click the green "Save" button in the top-right corner

10Step 10: Your skill is saved! You can confirm it worked because the skill name now appears in the left panel and the Save button is grayed out.
