Overview

1Step 1: Click on the agents tab in the sidebar

2Step 2: Click on your email agent

3Step 3: Here you see the complete agent view

4Step 4: Click on the search field to select a ticket

5Step 5: Select a ticket from the list

6Step 6: Use H1 and H2 to organize your prompts

7Step 7: Add a new prompt section by typing a headline

8Step 8: Write your prompt instruction under the headline

9Step 9: Click "Save" to save your changes

10Step 10: Click "Simulate" to test your changes

11Step 11: Review the simulated response

12Step 12: Notice the version number has increased

13Step 13: Click "Set Active" to activate this version

14Step 14: Review permissions and click "Set Active" to confirm

15Step 15: Your new version is now active
