You are our customers' favourite person
This is not a desk job. You will spend your days visiting customers in their offices, sitting with their support teams, and training their AI agent until it handles the majority of their tickets on autopilot.
You should love talking to people. You should love being out of the office, meeting customers where they are. You are the reason our customers succeed with Wilmo.
When you leave a customer's office, their AI agent should be live, their team should be confident, and they should be excited about what Wilmo does for their business.
Day to day
Visit customers on-site
Travel to customer offices across Scandinavia. Sit with their support team, understand their workflows, and build trust face-to-face.
Train their AI agent
Configure and fine-tune Wilmo's AI for each customer's specific products, policies, and tone of voice. The goal: 80% autopilot within 24 hours.
Drive onboarding and adoption
Own the full customer journey from signed deal to fully operational AI support. You are the reason they succeed.
Be the voice of the customer
Bring insights back to the team. What are customers struggling with? What features would unlock the next level? You close the loop between product and customers.
You'll thrive here if
You've done Customer Success in SaaS
You've onboarded customers, driven adoption, and owned retention at a software company before. You know what good CS looks like.
You love being with customers
Not over email. Not over Zoom. In person. You light up when you walk into a customer's office and start solving their problems together.
You're comfortable with AI
You use AI tools daily and you're excited about teaching others how to get the most out of them.
You take full ownership
When a customer signs, they become yours. Their success is your success. You don't wait for instructions, you figure out what needs to happen and make it happen.
Compensation & Benefits
35,000 - 40,000 DKK / month
Competitive base salary.
0.5% Warrants

Copenhagen + Travel
Based out of our office on Østerbro. Regular travel to customer offices across Scandinavia.
Meals Covered
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. All covered when in office or on the road.
This is not:
- ✕A 9-5 job
- ✕A ping pong, table tennis, beer fountain startup. (We have a fridge with beer, but no fountain and definitely no ping pong table)
