Full-Message Search, Skill Versions, and Autopilot Potential

Search inside messages#

Cmd+K now finds tickets by words and order references inside messages, with a preview of the matching text.

Open a skill's version history, read an earlier version and make it current again. Newer versions stay available.

Tag Distribution now shows cumulative ticket coverage, with Autopilot tags first. Tickets with multiple tags count only once.

Wilbot creates skills with complete reply templates and clearer actions
Skills remembers your selected skill and collapsed folders after a refresh
Fixed a saved setting that made Connect & Train and later Wilbot chats fail
Nested skill folders stay collapsed when you close and reopen their parent
Ticket Analytics is simpler, with the Status distribution card removed
