Wilmo 2.0 for Everyone, Support Events in Klaviyo, Erase a Customer, and Fixes
Every organization now has Wilmo 2.0, your support activity reaches Klaviyo as events on the customer's profile, and admins can erase a customer who asks to be deleted.
Wilmo 2.0 for everyone#
Every organization now has Wilmo 2.0: a new look, with the Inbox for answering customers and the App for Training, Analytics and your channels. Switch between them in the top left.
Your support activity in Klaviyo#
Wilmo now sends new tickets, customer messages, replies and status changes to Klaviyo as events on the customer's profile, ready to start your flows. They start by themselves once Klaviyo is connected with your Klaviyo login, and a webhook can send them to your own system.
Erase a customer#
When a customer asks to have their data deleted, an admin can find them by email or phone, see how many tickets Wilmo holds, and erase them from every team in your organization.
Fixes and improvements#
- A received email shows only what's new; earlier mail the ticket already holds folds away
- A forwarded email shows the mail it forwards, also when it was forwarded from an iPhone
- When a customer writes back to a resolved ticket, its activity now shows the ticket reopening
- You can choose to fold the signatures in emails you receive
- Emails you send carry the earlier conversation underneath, folded by the recipient's mail app
- Words in your email signature can link to a website or an email address
- Press anywhere in the reply box to start writing
- The info panel keeps the width you drag it to, across tickets and reloads
- Ask Wilbot opens its window at the bubble, wherever you've placed it
- With the old dashboard gone, signing in opens Training; teammates without Training go to the Inbox
- Very large phone photos no longer stop Alma from answering; she reads a scaled-down copy
- On WooCommerce shops that only sell to logged-in buyers, your chatbot shows the products as cards instead of none
- Follow-ups and training pick up again by themselves after a short database outage
- Imports from another helpdesk link contacts Wilmo already has and no longer lose tickets when the database is slow
- Connecting Quickpay follows a new step-by-step guide
