Approved Situations Stay Approved, Shorter Skills, Autopilot Stays Yours, and Fixes
When Wilbot trains, the situations you approved stay approved, long skills become short rules, and Alma's mistakes get trained away instead of Autopilot being switched off.
Approved situations stay approved#
When Wilbot changes a skill, it re-tests the situations you already approved. If they still answer the same, they stay approved, so you only review what's new or what you asked to change.
Skills that stay short#
Wilbot now cleans up the skills it opens, turning stories full of ticket numbers and names into simple rules. A skill that is still too long becomes a folder of smaller skills.
Autopilot stays yours#
Wilbot no longer turns Autopilot on or off; that stays with you. Ask it to make Alma stop answering something, and it puts the case on the Training board with the right handling, so Alma learns it.
Fixes and improvements#
- Organization admins can give a team, or several teams together, an organization of their own, with their tickets, channels and integrations
- Alma can read the comments on Shopify orders that have a comment from your staff
- A newly connected Instagram account now receives its messages
- In training simulations, something that came true, like a registered refund, now reads as true, so Alma acts instead of waiting again
- Training automations no longer pause when the person who started them loses access
