Gmail and Outlook in Sync, and Fixes
A reply you write in Gmail or Outlook now lands on its Wilmo ticket, plus fixes for email files, return labels and the Sandbox.
Reply from Gmail or Outlook, and it's on the ticket#
With Gmail or Outlook connected, a reply you write there lands on its Wilmo ticket. An email you start there opens a new ticket.
Fixes and improvements#
- Files on the emails you receive keep the names they were sent with, hyphens included
- On teams in an organization, the AI agent can change a ticket's contact to a new email address again
- For shops with several markets, a return label made through another market's integration now attaches to the reply
- In the Sandbox, a reply shows the file the AI agent attached from a link
- Sandbox simulations can cancel Shipmondo orders fulfilled by a third party
- Older “Update order lines” results in the Sandbox show again instead of an error
- In a Sandbox simulation, several changes to one Pakman order now build on each other
- A Sandbox simulation that waits on a follow-up carries on by itself once the follow-up comes due
