A customer's data request through Shopify now arrives as one ZIP of what Wilmo holds on them, plus fixes.
Get a customer's data in one download#
When a customer asks your shop through Shopify for a copy of their data, Wilmo collects what it holds on them into one ZIP. Your team admins get an email and can download it for 30 days.
Fixes and improvements#
- If you're on more than one team, a new team macro, scheduled automation or MCP server asks which team it's for, and so does Wilbot
- Sync logs show for integrations on every team you're on
- Generating training data across teams runs on every team, and says which tickets it skipped
- Everyone in an organization's Wilbot chat sees the images attached to it, and so does Wilbot
