Fixes for Passwords, Pakman, the Inbox, and Training

New passwords need 10 characters, Pakman orders say when they have really shipped, and open conversations stay put while messages are translated.

New passwords need at least 10 characters
With Pakman, an order handed to the warehouse shows “At warehouse · not shipped”, and only shipped orders show “Shipped”
An open conversation no longer reloads its messages in the background every time a message on your team is translated
In Training's Sandbox, the agent's action cards sit on the agent's side of the conversation
