Setup Translation

Overview

1Step 1: Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner

2Step 2: Click on "Settings" in the popup menu

3Step 3: Click on the "Translation" submenu

4Step 4: Click on this button to enable auto message translation

5Step 5: Click this dropdown to select which languages incoming support tickets should be translated to

6Step 6: Select your incoming support languages

7Step 7: Set the default language for manual outbound support tickets

8Step 8: Select your default customer language

9Step 9: Incoming support tickets will only be translated into the target language(s), if the individual support agent has selected that target language as their personal language

10Step 10: Here you can see a complete list of all team members and their personal languages

11Step 11: Here you can see the personal language of the team member

12Step 12: Try it for yourself

13Step 13: Once your support ticket is received, you can see the translation in the ticket view

14Step 14: You can then click back to see the translation again by clicking the "Show Translation" button

15Step 15: You can also select the language that your reply to the customer should be sent in

16Step 16: Select the language, and now you can reply to the customer in their preferred language
